networking question

I have a Dell demension 2400 and just bought a laptop. I would like to network my laptop in my home and really dont know anything about it. I have a wireless B ethernet Bridge with the cables and antenna and was wondering if I could use this to use my laptop wireless in my home - my pc is connected via cable. Thanks for any help. Hi Bruce,
If you have a wireless router with a Ethernet jack on it then you should be able to use both. You can connect the PC by ethernet and the Laptop by Wireless. Go ahead.

 

The Laptop need to have a Wireless Client Card. The Internet and the other computers need to be configured around a Wireless Cable/DSL Router.

You might want to post the model number of the Bridge that you mentioned. From the way you described it is hard to know what is it.
