netzero platinum connection

hi all ,been a while since i've posted, i switched isp back to netzero, plat., i still can't stay on long enought to download even a video, can anyone please help?, i like netzero but not the connection problem, i have connection keeper and set the pop up window feature, but it doesn't work , please help........

if you use some sort of download app (like the one included in firefox) it will pause your downloads and restart them when your connection interrupts...im sure there are some out there that will reconnect when needed...have you had similar problems in the past? could it be the wiring in your house?

 

i have a good connection now, & i have the free download manager it does resume, but some are not resumable so the disconnect causes you to have to start them over
