New 2800+ wont post

    I currently have a 1700+ i installed a new 2800+ and i can not get it to post I have DDR400 Memory which i had to set to 333 in Bios so that it will run with the 2800+ fsb333 could my PSU be the problem

    +3.3V = 20A
    +5v = 35A
    +12v = 16A

    -12V = 0.8A
    -5V = 0.5A
    +5VSB = 2A

    Ok thats what i was afraid of i already have my eye on a new PSU. is it only underpowered for the 2800+ and not my 1700+ i am currently running or is it on the verge for the 1700+ too thanks for your help
