my daughter would like to buy or make glow in the dark bubbles. she couldn't find anything on the net about them, but she's seen them at a party here. i thought I'd throw the question open to you lot as there is such a wealth of intelligence and training here. aloha from Zoe

Lots of places sell glow in the dark bubble bath, that would work as well.

Anyway a quick search on Google of "glow in the dark bubbles" yields many hits plus various other (ahem) objects that glow in the dark.

 

god you lot are quick. she spent ages on the puter last night!. she has never seen them in england but there is an English shop on that site she can order from when she gets home. you can't get them here (of course) but she didn't expect to be able to. thanx guys. she'll be a happy hippy.

 

Try some water cooling websites... you can get UV-reactive water dye from there which will "glow in the dark" if you have a black-light.

if your daughter has a black light the cheapest way to make bubbles is to use liquid tide (the laundry detergent) or mix some powdered tide with water. tide glows blue under a black light.
