New and in trouble

Hi everyone. Never posted before and not sure what to do. I have Norton Antivirus installed, and it's detected several viruses and malware applications that it can't delete. It keeps detecting the following viruses:

trelew[1].exe
visfx500[1].exe
webnexmk[1].exe
numbsoft[1].exe
mendoza[1].exe
tfthot.exe

In addition, SurferSideKick continues to pop up. I've tried using Spyware Doctor, and the multipronged method using SSKfixXP described elsewhere on the site, but it keeps cropping back up.

Where should I post my question?
