New and needing help

Hello everyone!
I originally posted this in the wrong section, but thanks to another user, they told me to repost here.

I am new here and needing some help.

I need to know if there is some software or business that offers a service of recovering deleted data from your computer... what I am needing is to find deleted chat histories from yahoo, myspace, and icq... and deleted emails from myspace and yahoo as well.

Is this possible and if so, can anyone please point me in the right direction?
