new and of coarse, a ??

Just want to start off and say, this is a cooool site.....So here is my ?? I was browsing on here....came across a DL that may or may not booste/inhance my computer as a hole....Since I am staying in a hotel and living in the stone age, dial up is it here....so it takes a second or 10 for pages to load....well like an IDIOT, I saved this program to a new folder in Docs.....well it seems I was not to do that....the program took about 5000 files, and put them in this folder...I know....IDIOT....now is there a way to put them all back and is it hurting my computer at all?? Smile....I am....
