new AV freebie

I came across this today.
It looks as though it can do the job but i have not tried it (just read the blurb)
If it's OK when tested maybe it's one to add to our collection.

Silly me :-o it was new and i did not think to look

 

I only knew because I remember there was a thread discussing it. I think the verdict was it a bit "heavy" but seemed to do a good job.

I remember when I first used Rising, I was somewhat impressed and happy with it, but as time went on (a few days) and I ran it on infected PCs, I realized it really wasn't what I would personally consider a good antivirus program.... just my opinion....

 

Pretty packaging with promises...use the tried, tested and true AVs(Free) AVG and Avast are very praised around MG. :major
