New Blue screen of death showing at startup...help?

Hello,

This morning I tried to start my laptop and got a totally new Blue screen in my computer and it is giving me two choices. It looks like this:

Please select boot device :

HDD : PO-HitachiHTS545O32B9A300

CD/DVD : P1-TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633C

Use up and down arros to move selection

Enter to select boot device

I have no idea why this is happening or which one to choose?:confused.
Hope someone can help me with this as I have no idea ... thank you in advance.

I have Window7 Home premiun , AVG 2012 AVG

About this, there were no alphanumeric code and these are all the words in this blue screen. Nothing else.

This morning as I was waiting for help, had to go out, so I left the computer unplugged an the battery did run out. When I came back, I plugged it and started the computer and it went all normal, like nothing ever happened... No more blue screen......so, why did I get this weird kind of blue screen...? I wold like to know.
