New Build 2Q's

Hi, I have two questions on my first build.
First I was unable to set my hard drives to raid 0 so my os is on the first drive. My win7 HD score is 5.9 wich seems low.
Second question, My mem is only at 1333 and should be 1600. 5.9 win7 score again this seems low.
I have the latest Bios. Everest says the motherboard suports the mem. I do not know about Raid set ups or tweaking Bios settings for the mem . I have read that this motherboard has some issues. Please help or is there someone in the Baltimore area that I can take this to.
