New Build Crashes

Hey guys just got my new build going again

-3950x - NEW

-x570 Godlike - USED

-32 GB Neo 3600 ram - USED

-2080TI KINGPIN - NEW
-1600w p2 EVGA - USED

My problem started with the first iteration when i had the first video card in EVGA black, all benchmarks crash, screen blinks periodically which is a trigger haha, programs either start and crash or just crash and don't open especially games, also was getting the program being blocked from using graphics hardware error aswell. I tried driver uninstalls, safe mode driver uninstall, also using either or ram stick. i decided maybe its the gpu so i ordered the kingpin and put that in now, fresh install of windows and same thing.

tested cpu with ryzen master no errors, sfc /scannow didn't find anything, even cpuid hwmonitor crashes, cannot launch a game without it crashing, only differece is no blocked from gpu errors well at least not yet

thinking ram, maybe motherboard cpu is new

any insight would be greatly appreciated

Does Windows run?
Any Overclocks or is mobo bios @ default?

Can you post the event logs?

 

When I had a similar issue it was the power supply, anything video intensive the computer would die. But dealing in used materials could be the issue - how do you know the parts were/are good?
Alternate RAM sticks and see if it stabilizes. Is it 4 - 8s?

 

well i atm i have 1 stick in i have been able to do a skydiver benchmark, but and sensor programs like hwinfo, cpuid hwmonitor still crash
