I just built a new setup, however, I get 2 issues.

    1) - I can't get image on my monitor (says no signal)
    2) - PSU fan starts but then stops some seconds later

Everything seems to be properly powered. All my fans turn (aside from my PSU fan after a few secs), all RGB LEDs are on and changing lights, GPU signal light on the board is on. I don't know why I'm not getting an image. Every component is newly bought and was just put together into the tower.

    Specs:

    MSI X299 Tomahawk
    Asus GeForce GTX 1060
    Intel i7 7780X 4.3Ghz
    2x 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RGB
    Adata AGX SSD 480GB M2
    Corsair HX850 850W
    Corsair H10oi V2 CPU cooler
3x Corsair ML120 RGB cooler fans + Fan HUB + lightning node pro
    Corsair Carbide Spec-05

I don not see an on-board graphics option, so, you need to eliminate slowly.
I assume you have checked compatibility of the cpu, and ram. I did not see list for them, but perhaps I did not look in the right place.
I would suggest starting with only 1 stick of ram, and disconnect dvd drive, and anything else not needed.
Check graphics card, by removing, re-placing, and check if the graphics card has a separate (small) cable connection, as many do.(I could not see one on pictures I looked at)

I am an idiot. This is the result of staying overnight to assemble the setup..... I forgot to power my CPU. Once I hooked my CPU to my PSU, everything was working fine. Sorry for wasting your time.

No problem- no time wasted- Maybe it helped you think, if you had not found it already- loose, or, not connected leads can so easily missed, when setting a pc up.o_O

When something is learned, it is not a waste of time. And when it provides a reminder or insight for others, it definitely is not a waste of time. Note it is a common mistake to miss connecting the second power connector to the motherboard and/or extra power connectors to graphics cards.

Glad you got it sorted out and thanks for posting the solution/reminder.
