PC technology is not quite their yet. Soon maybe. I take it you mean 1TB of HDD.

You do not say what kind of experience you have with pcs. Have you say replaced HDD or VGA. Fully installed an o/s with all the drivers for various hw.

Have you researched what type of motherboard you want and read dozens of post in respect of the board model to get a feel for any issues that it may have.

Building a pc is not just about throwing a lot of components together and expecting it to boot up once assembly is complete. As one possible example take ram, some boards like some makes / models others not.

Cases, cooling and psus are other areas where people overlook requirements.

    Good Luck

Thats what I thinks scares me all the damn choices. I'm basically need a downloading beast thats can last. I'm basically looking for what you guys think is a good setup i have no idea what to get or what works Thanks

Well is it for gaming? Or like you say to possibly act as a home thearte system and DL and burn movies? If you can be a little clearer here you will get a lot better answers. Try to be as specific as possible here for the better responses. Also do you intend to use any 3D applications, create music, render Videos, etc etc this may imply a 64Bit build.

The DDR3 RAM is quite expensive at the moment but for little performance boost compared to DDR2.

Intel seems to be the CPU of choice at the moment with the latest Quad Core showing good results and the 8 Core in the makings (R&D stages).

Arguably ATI is better for home theatre with HDMI direct from card (HD Audio) as well a Video, but nVidia can do it but it needs additional cabling etc etc. Whereas nVidia is slightly better at gaming, and 3 of the boards you have choosen are SLI (that means dual nVidia if you ever want to boost your Video output, though there are apparently hacks for Crossfire/SLI control on the same board).

Im more into using it as a burning/ home theater mainly im just using it for storage of movies and burning the movies no crating just download and play on tv or burnthem to keep an extra cd around the house. I am not doing any gaming sorry for the vague answers i have i just know nothing on a build but i dont want to buy some oem crap that cant store or burn quality disk thanks GUYS:-D

The speed at which a pc can download will be determined by what sort of internet connection you have. If you are going to use a 56k modem then the worlds most powerful computer will basically download no faster than a new $299 laptop (what I would call a portable typewriter) equipped with the same modem.

I think that you have to sit down and get an idea of what you are going to do with your pc. There is to my mind little point in getting yourself an oc'er board with all the bells and whisles which may be hard to set up for a novice when your requirements are going to be a lot more conservative from your description below.

    .
Personally, I think that spending $2,000 on a pc to engage in the above activities is extreme overkill.

    Good Luck

Since you don't have a lot of experience building computers....the best way is to jump right in and start. Learning is the longest hardest part...reading hundreds of posts and searching the interweb for hours if you have a problem. But for you, I recommend just buying a complete system. You can run into problems that can take months to fix if you are a beginner. I bought a package from Buyxg because I live in Germany and the shipping was cheaper to buy a bare bones system than build it piece by piece. I had really good luck with buyxg, great customer service and quick shipping. Maybe you might want to look into doing something like as me. Got everything for about $2200. If you do decide to build get all the advise you can before you even order your first part.
