which 1 should i get? i play games like counter-strike,wc3,css,halflife2,doom3 ,battlefield 2. games like that.

Get the 6600GT, the GTs are better than the vanilla 6600s.

As for the RAM, I'd go for OCZs or Corsairs, my PQIs don't do the timings they advertise, but they perform well enough so I'm not really complaining. But definitely go for the dual channel set up, don't buy a single 1gig, get 2x512.

You can buy 100$ abit, asus, msi, gigabyte motherboards, don't get a cheap crapper. And don't forget a descent PSU. You don't have to spend too much to get quality parts.
