I am building a new computer
Here are the specs so far
    4gb ddr2 pc8500 Memory
    600 Watt thermaltake power supply
    2 Sata Dvd burners
    Amd AM2 6000 cpu
    Creative Labs Fatality Soundcard
    500 gb SATA HD
    300 GB IDE HD
    ATi 3870 overclocked Video CARD

I am looking for a Asus motherboard for around 125 dollars to complete my build. Any help would be appreciated.

What will the system be used for? Looking at the specs you have chosen i'd say either video/photo editing or mid range gaming?

Why exactly do you want an ASUS mobo? I have one and it sucks, i've only ever seen ASUS performance being crappy. I had an MSI K9VGM-V, not the most expensive board in the world but it performed amazingly. Since you have an ATI card I'd suggest a strong PSU, I had GPU cut outs with my old PSU. I ended up getting an 650W Cooler Master replacing my 600W COLORSit.

I'd strongly reconmend this mobo from MSI, it has massive expandability :cool : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130136
It's a little over your budget though :confused

There are no ASUSboards particularly close to $124 so this one $109:http: //www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131362
