When I start up my [new -- sigh] computer, a screen pops up saying

However, this screen has a bunch of blocks and bricks through it, some of the letters are missing because of this, so I can't really read it. Any idea what is causing this?

The computer came with an HDD cable and a cross fire card or something, both packaged but uninstalled so I'm assuming they aren't necessary for the thing to run.

Anyway, any and all possible solutions are welcome.

This is a picture of the problem:

    Back of the case:

    Drive bays (I think?):

Mind you, my computer knowledge is extremely limited, and I don't want to have to send the computer back to the manufacturer unless absolutely necessary. Anyway, thank you in advance for any possible solutions / helping me solve this issue.
