MEMORY: 6GB (2GBx3) DDR3/1600MHz Triple Channel Memory Module (Corsair XMS Gaming Memory with Heatsink Spreader)
    MOTHERBOARD: (2-Way SLI Support) Asus Sabertooth X58 Intel X58 Chipset SLI/CrossFireX Mainboard Triple-Channel DDR3 FCLGA1366 ATX Mainboard w/ 7.1 HD Audio, GbLAN, USB3.0, SATA-III, SATA-II RAID, 2 Gen2 PCIe, 1 PCIe X1 & 1 PCI
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO

That question is relative to the person who reads it. Some might say that in 1-2 years all computers brand new will be 2-3 times faster and blow your computer out of the water, you won't be able to play the newest games and basically have a hunk of junk.

I run a computer original produced in 2009(they are still making this model in 2011 with no new technology) and I am super happy. It runs every program and will likely run every program I want it to for several years to come. I certainly don't think mine is out of date.

It's relative to you, are you concerned that your computer will be out of date soon? It's dependent on the programs you intend to use.

I know you probably wanted a better answer, but I hope it puts things in perspective.

    Cheers:cool

there can not be a quarentee cause even if you can upgrade the gpu you wont find any cpu to upgrade thus the cpu will limit your gaming
lets say directx 11.5 is out or 12 you got the meaning
then you will not run games at hight details cause you will lick the direct x support
