Alright, so this may sound like someone who doesn't know much about computers, and that's not too far off the mark.

I have two very simple things I would like to do. Convert all my .wma files to mp3 format. And, cut mp3 files down to be used as ringtones.

    Thanks in advance

i use audacity to cut parts of an mp3 and convert them to a lower format or bitrate (for smaller file sizes, but it's less quality)
