New & Frustrated!

I am sure there is an easy fix for this and once this is fixed I would love to become a major geek! I turned on my computer and had the following error message (something like this)... Windows cannot load the locally stored profile, possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile.....

I ended up creating a new profile and found all of the "stuff" in my old profile and copied that to the new profile. I am pretty sure something funky is going on with my computer.

I have Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3

What do I do? Where do I even start?? My sister turned me on to this site because she has used it with amazing results. I hope I didnt screw anything up by taking the steps mentioned above!

TC and JOTS are both right . Follow JOTS instruction to go to software and as TC said you are a stranger only once . Now that you have intro'ed yourself you are no longer a stranger, LOL So check out the rest of the of the forums and enjoy.
