New GFX Card needing more power?

Hi guys,

I havnt posted here in almost 2years now. Reason = World of Warcraft ^^

anyways, I have recently been getting artefacts with my gfx card and thus I bought a new one. It finally arrived today but I seem to be unable to play any high end games atm ( WoW and Farcry didnt work, Battle for Middle Earth and Doom 3 did work ( for a few min) i was even able to do a full 3D Mark 05 run and scored quite nicely 5800 abouts)). I am using a MSI motherboard and therefore have Core Centre the msi hardware monitor software which is telling me that the 3.3 V thingy is only at 2.94V at best (its flashing red). So this leads me to belive that my PSU is not powerfull enough to support my new gfx card, cry.
However, i have used a 6800Gt and more recently a 6800GS OC previously without any power problems (all 3 cards recommend a 350W psu at least, I have 460W). So I am really kinda annoyed that this card seems to be needing a more powerful psu then i have IF this is even the problem.

So I was helping that anybody here can give me a tip of how to get that 3.3V from 2.90V to at least 3.0V by possibly removing some hardware (i tried removing 2 pci cards with no effect) or If anybody can give me other advice on this matter other then to buy a new PSU since that would require me to also buy a new motherboard.

new gfx card EVGA Geforce 7800GS
2 x 1GB ram

i would really appreaciate some help

I forgot to mention. When I do try to run a game it either crashes very soon back to the desktop or the pc reboots.
