New Guy Need Help

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I been getting pop-ups on my computer... through IE. I downloaded Hijack This version 1.98.2. and I saw that a file named "hosts" been created and been calling these websites. Hijack This showed something like this....

127.0.0.1 code.ignphrases.com
127.0.0.1 clear-search.com
127.0.0.1 r1.clrsch.com
127.0.0.1 sds.clrsch.com
127.0.0.1 status.clrsch.com
127.0.0.1 www.clrsch.com
127.0.0.1 clr-sch.com
127.0.0.1 sds-qckads.com
127.0.0.1 status.qckads.com
69.20.16.183 auto.search.msn.com
69.20.16.183 search.netscape.com
69.20.16.183 ieautosearch

I tried to delete this stuff, but... they keep coming back. As if something is writing to the hosts file. How do I create a log, to show on this forum... so you guys can help me resolve this problem?
