   Im having a problem watching TV on my laptop, it continues to stop and start, is there something i can do to stop it.?

   Watching TV requires updated drivers, especially video and sound. Do you know your computers specs or brand, maybe we can find the latest drivers for you. I have had this fix stuttering problems repeatedly.
