    File is likely in use.

    Filemon will give you a real-time report of what processes have what files open. We'll need to stop the process that is using this file before we can delete it.

    Or boot in safe mode and try, as there will be a minimal number of processes.

    Make sure you don't need this file before you delete it. It's never a good idea to go deleting things all willy-nilly.
