New laptop

I'm looking into getting a new laptop. I don't have a lot of money to spend but I do want to get a good one. So my question is what is the best laptop for the price? I am looking to spend anywhere from 500-800 dollars on one but I could spend a little bit more if it is really worth it. Thank you for your help.

 

Its not really about price....its the specs on the laptop that matter....
Consider what your going to use it for...??
1.light surfing....2.watching movies.....3.burning music....4.Gaming......
Gaming means better graphics....means more money to spend....
If your planing the first 3 options your specs are easy.....
Cpu..2.8 up to dualcore...
Hd 80gig .should be ok
1gig mem should be fine...
15 inch Lcd should be ok for you...
