    Greetings, twinmom1986.

We need some more info from you: what operating system version and Service Pack # are you using, and what's the make and model # of your machine (please include any Service Tag #s)?

Also, please download and run Free PC Audit, a stand-alone system information tool.

When the scan completes, click 'File', 'Save As', name the report, and save to an easily found location, such as your Desktop.

Be advised: the report will display your IP Address and Windows Product Key. You may delete this information if you so wish.

Then attach that file to your next post per these instructions: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post.

Have you made any System Restoration disks? Most OEM laptops now come with some routine for creating backup disks - I would advise doing so before anything else.

You don't have an exorbitant amount of bloatware - I've seen much worse. The obvious choices for removal are Weatherbug and the Zynga toolbar. Your Java is out of date - remedy that asap. If the Norton is activated, may as well wait until the subscription runs out, but I'd seriously consider replacing it when the time comes.

I (and others) will study your list further and make needed recommendations.

Win 7 Service Pack 1 is available - you don't have it installed yet, but I would advise holding off on doing that until you've trimmed your machine.

Is the system running well, no problems?
