    Hello everybody,

I do not know if I can only install the new Malwarebytes Anti-malware or if I must install this new Malwarebytes Anti-malware and also Kaspersky Internet Security in order to protect my laptop Samsung NP350 (processor i3) working with Windows 10.
In other words, I do not know if the new Malwarebytes Anti-malware can substitute Kaspersky Internet Security.

    Please, what is your opinion?

    Cheers,

    John

Malwarebytes (previously known as Malwarebytes Anti-malware) works alongside popular Anti-Virus software. It's not a full-blown antivirus program.
You should consider running Windows Defender and Malwarebytes (free or paid).

The paid version is worth it as it proactively monitors and stops most attacks before they occur. The free version (or after 14 days on the trial version) is only a manual scanner - it will not block malware infections and cannot always fully clean major ones after they infest your PC.

If you want the paid version, buy a boxed license. A 3PC/1 year boxed license on Amazon is $37.99; Office Depot occasionally has it on sale for $29.99. The same license if purchased directly from Malwarebytes directly is $59.99.
