new mobo = no OC - now what

my new msi pm8m3-v has no freq/voltage controls in bios, and the fsb multiplier cannot be raised. so now what? looks like i can only over clock the memory?
i understand some about ocing the memory but this new bios has too many options.
should i use a 4 bank interleave? i have 2 sticks of pc3200u
what other mem settings should i use?
the good news is i can take this same ram down to a cas of 2 on this mobo, where my old one would only got to 3.

Go down to "The Holy Rail of Ram" and read. Should tell you everything you need to know! From my experience when it came to overclocking my ram the ONLY thing I touched was the CL, and the Timings.

 

Can you post exactly what kind of ram you have ??

Value ram ? Do thay have heatspreaders stock ?? Can you see the #s on the chips ??

 

i can give you serial#'s from sisandra
i dont think they have heat spreaders.
