New motherboard?

I need a new motherboard because I'm pretty sure I friend mine. I would like to keep the PC-3200 non ECC RAM that I currently have and the AGP graphics card. What is the best motherboard out there that can still support AGP and PC-3200 while having at least a 2.5ghz processor? It does not matter if it is Intel or AMD or however many cores. Cost is no issue. This is the motherboard that I had before it got fried. If possible I could still use the same processor.

I'd visit crucial.com or kingston.com and use the memory selector tools to verify your memory will work.
