New motherboard..

Ok guys, im going to buy a new AGP motherboard (round 50$-60$) and as of now, i have a Dell Dimmension 4550, i dont kno the exact motherboard, but i have a Intel Pentium 4 2.0ghz, but my question is, Does it have to be a certain motherboard? i kno it has to support pentium 4, but does it have to be a certain socket?? (ive never have bought a new motherboard, so i need to know what i need, and how to do it..)

 

Its most likely socket 478. Heres a nice mobo http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=240428 ASUS is a great brand, and its just a hair over $60! Excellent board too. This mobo should be the right one. If anyone else who knows more about Dell, feel free to step in here.
