New PC build

OK so, I'm looking at building a second PC, since I'm bored with the one I have now.

Here's the parts list from MSY Technologies, the cheapest PC shop in Australia that I've ever found:

Keep in mind this fits into my budget rather snugly before suggesting spending extra cash.

AM2 x2 5600+ 940pin CPU - $105
Kingston 4G kit DDR2 800 (2x2G) RAM - $85
Seagate SATA 750G HDD - $139
Asus 512M 9800GT VGA -$161
Asus retail SATA DL DVD-RW - $33
SHAW 860W Tri Fan PSU - $27
SHAW Bach-720 CASE - $49

Already have Suitable Monitor and Keyboard/ Mouse.

Grand Total of $700. I could maybe squeeze an extra $100 into it if neccessary.

So, give me your opinions/ Suggestions please
