New R9270X Monitor problems?

    Just got this vid card and in about a week and a half the screen has bugged out on me, turning black then grey and then lines up and down requiring a hard start. Is it artifacting? I just noticed overdrive was on and I also noticed I do not have latest drivers. I have the chance to return today... should I?
