I'am looking for some info on a new Raid Setup. I have a choice of up to 6 Seagate sata 120GB 7200 rpm drives. I'am looking at 0+1 and 5 config. The raid 5 provides parity for errors and drive failure more so then the 0+1 setup if I understand this correctly. The info I 'am looking for is while useing these sata drives what seems to be the faster setup with respect to the stripe size? Too small stripe size results in too much hdd action while too large defeates the raid function. This is New System Asus M2N32-SLI w/ nForce 590 sbridge supports all/most flavors of raid - 3800 AMD x64 - Supertalant Ram 2x 1GB matched etc ,etc
