New Rig - Suggestions on my parts

Hi there,
i will soon be getting a new computer and building it myself
i know a fair bit about building etc, so i dont seen any problem there.

Ive made a list of parts and would like someone to say if everything looks fine
My budge is around 500 pounds, though less would be better.

I plan to overclock my CPU as well, so i would like CPU cooling recommending.
