New to Majorgeeks lots of problems help!

I'm new here and need some major help. I'm not sure on what forum I should go to for my problems. I've always been a stickler for keeping my computer virus, malware, and spybot free. But as of recent I'm seem to be getting attacked bad. I've tried everything and every time I remove one more pop up in it's place. I even went into my registry and deleted my problems (I know dangerous...but I was confident) and they still keep coming back. I can access everything on my PC but explorer.exe keeps crashing in and out. I read up on it and tried all advise with no results. I really don't want to go through a recovery due to the numerous amount of gigs I would have to first back up. Can anone help. Please!
