New Tower

I have a boring Dell tower and was thinking about changing it. I want to change it so I can get better ventalation for my computer. I was wondering can you just switch towers? What all is there to know about changing towers and etc? I was thinking about getting this one:

Another quick question, according to Everest, I have a mini tower. Now will all mini towers fit into other mini towers?

Usually -- but not always.

Best to check your motherboard form factor (micro ATX?) and the location of the mounting screws. They'll have to match in the new case.

Dell has been known to use proprietary features that don't match the usual standards -- including non-standard power supply connections. You'll want to make sure your existing power supply will fit in the new case unless you can confirm your mobo's power connections are in accordance with the usual standards.

Front panel connections vary widely, especially for sound and USB jacks. Make sure you have a manual for the motherboard around. Without it, you'll end up guessing how the front panel should be connected. Guessing isn't good -- it can cause damage when you guess wrong.

You shouldn't have any problem transferring the other peripherals to the new case.
