New upgrade..Is it good?

And im upgrading my processor from a 2.0 ghz (intel pentium 4) to a http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=998914&sku=CP2-P4-32008PC

And im upgrading my sound card frm Soundmax to http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1618859&sku=C44-3230

and im also getting an 160 gb external harddrive. + new speakers ((they have to be from best buy cuz i gotta lot of "credit" to there plus discounts, I need some recommendations between $100-$200 worth speakers, so somebody plz send me a link off of best buy or something.)) Plz tell me if im going the right way, i just bought a ATI x800xl vid. card so i need a AGP slot mobo thats A pentium chip.

 

1) get an AMD 939 mobo
2) get an AMD 64 939pin
3) Get an X-fi music

saves you money, gets you same or better performance.
