New User Account Create Glitch

    WINDOWS 7 PRO 64Bit. --- This morning I created a new user on my desktop PC. I get two dialog boxes every time I log on. Can someone help me to understand the reason behind them and if they are a problem? Screenshots are attached.

    Thank you Dr. Moriarty. I have quickly looked at the links. Appears to be the solution. In the next few days I'll get at it and update this thread with my results.

    Thank you for your guiding on this issue. The problem appears to be gone. I was wondering if you could take just a short minute and educate me on why this happened -or- what the reason is behind the cause? Also, since I am trying to keep this OS fresh install as virgin as possible do you surmise that anything unfavorable could have occurred to the registry?
