new user need help with my computer

hi guys and girls , i have really messed up my computer and cannot find help without spending money i cannot afford. i did a factory restore without really knowing what i was doing and now i have done something to my drivers. when my games that came with the computer come up i get this message, 'hardware accelerator is either disabled or not supported by your video card, make sure you have latest video card installed and that hardware accelerator is on,' i was told by someone else that i need to find my disc that came with the computer and reinstall my drivers but i don't understand someone else set it up for me and i don't know anything about a disc. please help my videos stop and stsrt in the middle i cannot download music or anything.

When you do a factory restore, drivers and everything get deleted. Please tell me the brand and model of your computer.
