My current video card is an NVidia 9600GT (overclocked), and my mobo has only one video slot. I was thinking of upgrading the video card to a GTX260 or GTX275.... but then I realized that for about the same amount of money, I could get a new SLI motherboard and a 2nd 9600GT. I have a strong feeling that the single GTX260/275 would be the way to go, but what do you all think?

    :-D

I would save up and go for a GTX 285 I don't 260 is worth the cash.

    :confused Whaaa?!?!?!

$179.99 and free shipping? With 896mb and 216 processing cores, it sure seems worth it to me!!!

The 260 GTX is a very capable card. It noticeably outperforms a 9800GT, and is not very expensive. Of course you could always get a new mobo and run 2 260GTX cards in SLI.:-D

I looked the specs wrong my bad. It looks like a good card

You may want to spend a bit more and get a GTX 275 as its better then the 260 for around the same price.

    I have a GTX 260 and a GTX 295.
Bang for your buck the 260 is by far the best card, the 295 is faster but not by much and is a lot more expensive.

    The GTX285 is a factory overclocked 280
