new way to block spam

there are several ways to get rid of spam
(1) Firefox extension temporary mail add on is free and gives u a random mail address which you coppy on to the form.
this is only on there for a week or so then its deleted
(2) outlook express has a block email feature that stops them in there tracks
also the theres a good anti virus come email checker by the pc company which is free.:wave

 

ps a short note
there seems to be a software problem with spam fighter
lots of people are awaiting for the matter to be resolved
so my advice is to check before installing it
at this moment im using the pc spam monitor but really want a software application that removes it
any surgestion
