New window

    Hi,

    I am using internet explorer wersion 6.0.2800.1106 on a windows 98 operating system. Every time I click on a link that opens a new window, the window never loads. the window will pop up, but it will only be see through or blank. I can surf just fine on my regular browser, though, as long as I don't open a new window. Please help.
