NEWB Here, couple questions

I'm a newb to the folding thing but it sounds like a great way to do some good very easily. I found it while looking for a way to "give back" or something to you guys for helping me out once in the past and with a thread that I've got running. I've got a fairly decent computer that is pretty new. I've entered 12072 as the team ID number. Is that the right one for major geeks??? Also is the instructions on how to use as basic as they seem? I've got the xp console version running right now... looks like a DOS prompt window, last line says loaded Quque successfully. Now I just leave it alone or how does that work? Also have the screensaver version downloaded and plan to leave that running while I'm at work and sleeping.

Am I doing this right or is this something for just advanced users? A sticky for the not nearly as smart as most who post on this site would be awesome 8 )

If you've got the console just leave that running all the time, no need for the screensaver, just turn your monitor off! m

12072 is the correct team number

You should get "Completed step (x) y%" every few minutes, to update you on its progress. The first time you submit a WU, you will be listed on the F@H website on our team page:
