Newbie - having problems with tvmedia

Hello My name is Huntin for now. i have some spyware i believe maybe worse on my computer which is slowing down every single spyware search program i can find. spybot search and destroy is taking months just to do basic search, and i downloaded "buster report" to try and fix it. im a relative beginner to these programs, did spybot relatively often but this program (its got some crazy random name that doesn't pop up anywhere (irbykavr!?) seems to slow down everything to the point where i can't be bothered trying.

Everything else works at a normal speed, except my spybot detection software. CSWshredder did not find anything. i would really love for some help here.. if anyone has time or energy to possibly give me information on how to use hijackthis properly so i can get rid of this bug.. i am not sure anyone else has described the same ... "symptoms??" as i have.
recap - spybot s & d 1.3 scans very slowly. maybe 2000 bots in an hour (it has 15,000 definitions at last update
- buster report running slowly (3% an hour)
- CSWshredder did not find any problems.

 

i'd assume tvmedia was easy to get rid of, but after uninstalling etc removing from registry..

jeireed (the one thats supposedly joined to CWS) is/has reinstalled it. (((btw i seem to have removed both from my computer after watching startup (msconfig & spybot advced) like a hawk around fifteen times, running spybot on startup each time
it may be that tvmedia got readded when a user of this computer was surfing, im not sure.

until i tell different, im beginning to think tv media, jeireed and random word that popped up in startup are all connected, because on removing one, after start up, another would be in startup, in stages..

i have removed all three a few times and i think i might have killed it totally.. i still have a query up there so i can assure myself. (im sure you'll notice it )
