newbie here, needing help

Hello,
I found you all through a state of emergency I cannot see to remove some malware. the file is ntdll64.dll

Does anybody have an opinion on Vipre? Sorry if this is repetative, I am a bit overwhelmed.

The malware fighters work threads. On an oldest to newest basis and you will be dealt with as soon as one of the malware fighters can get to you..Be patient and please do not bump....major

Thanks everybody. 48 hrs later after changing my registry and re-enabling my task manager, deep scanning with Vipre, Malewarebytes and Malicious Software Removal Tool I am finally clean again.

What is the general feeling about Vipre?
