Newegg Did Me Right :)

    Update to last thread:

    Newegg contacted me and the item I ordered can be returned up January 31st, 2015. Apparently my receipt, and the last rep were wrong.

    Looks like common sense has prevailed....... or was it your tweets were making them look bad and they didn't want a viral PR nightmare ;)

    Well, the new rep linked me to where it said so. The receipt stated otherwise though, and the online rep told me the same thing as the receipt.


    It should be noted that I didn't actually get angry and tweet about Newegg until the online rep told me I only had 30 days:

    Awesome! Currently in a dispute with a company, but they are closed for the weekend.

    I don't know that Newegg ever closes. Twice now I have ordered Saturday evening and they have shipped it on Sunday.

    Did not clarify, in a soon to be dispute with a company that is not NewEgg. Not a happy camper, but maybe I will start a thread about it, or maybe not.

Please be aware that Newegg dose not try to hide any information such as return time periods as we do show this on our product pages and as a link on our conformation emails. But we may implement this information to be shown on a separate email so there will be no more confusion in the future.
