NHL Hitz Pro (for X-box) getting harder and harder to win a game!!??!!??

Me and two of my buddies play NHL Hitz Pro or 2004 or whatever it's called and we're getting pretty good at it. The only problem is that the more we play the harder it is to win. We'll be winning with a score like 3-1 or 5-2 at the beginning of the third period and thinking we will win. Then the computer starts kicking our asses. We turned off the Catch-up rule but the computer still comes back and wins with a score of like 3-4 or 5-6. It's really pissing us off!!!

We play on the skill level AllStar. We used to be able to win all or most of the time, but not anymore.

Also the pentalties have been turned to lenient but we still get al least 6 a game and the computer has NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, EVER gotten a penalty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's up with all this crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone tell me why this is happening?

 

Its the game devs way of preventing everyone and their motehrs to beat the half game they pumped out; so they make it as impossible as it can be so you dont beat their game in a weekend.
