nic card settings

    P4 2.4 GHz 1.0 GB Ram Asus P4S533-MX

    hi
    I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the proper value for my nic card should be?
    Sis 900-based PCI fast ethernet adapter.
    When I go to Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager>Network Adapters and right click on Properties and click on the Advanced Tab there are 5 values to choose from for Media Type:
    100BaseTX
    100BaseTX Full-Duplex
    10BaseT
    10BaseT Full-Duplex
    Auto_Config
    It is presently set to auto_config but I would like to have it set to the optimal, if I have a choice.

    Even though it's considered 100BaseTX FullDuplex, leave it on Auto.
