Here is the Ninebot Elite unboxed, explained and taken for a ride. Ninebot has purchased Segway, and the Ninebot Elite is essentially a smaller, more affordable Segway. While they are not widely available, you can find some Ninebot products, including the Ninebot Scooter E-Type on Amazon.com at http://amzn.to/1ZI5RHR and you can find an official distributor on Ebay.

4:00 - Ninebot assembled and looked over.
8:00 - Taking the Ninebot for a ride.

I am not usually in front of the camera, nor am I a video editor, which should be obvious. We still hope you enjoy our attempt and promise to do only slightly better next time.

I have one of these. As soon as it gets down to three bars on the battery it will shut off with NO warning. You then get to land on your face. Hopefully you're not going full speed like my brother was. He had to be taken to teh hospital and get dental surgery! This has happened to me four times! Essentially EVERY time it has gotten down to 3 bars. This machine is NOT safe and the US service center is unresponsive to take this back a second time. They say they fixed it the first time. Not so. Stay away from this dangerous transportation robot.
