Does anyone know if there's a known conflicy between these two software packages?

When installing NIS 2007, a message came up saying that they weren't "compatible," but I don't know if I trust the message.

I've always heard it's best to run 2 different spyware removers, as one will usually miss some that the other can pick up. I'd like to be able to run both, but don't want to re-install S&D if it'll screw up ,my NIS functioning.

You may find the warning comes because of Spybots Teatimer function which is realtime scanning, could conflict with NIS's antivirus/malware on-access scanning, if you disable SBs teatimer I cannot see you having issues.
