No Application Can Be Installed

    Hi,
    When I try to install an application,I get the following error message and I cannot install any new application:
    "A required privilege is not held by the client."
    Please,tell me how I can solve this problem.

    1. Brand and exact model of computer?
    2. Version of Windows running?

    For all we know, you could be on a computer owned by a business or a school and not be allowed to install anything by design.

    2.Windows 7 Ultimate
    I have tried to run setup like Admin,I disabled all the security applications (antivirus and firewall) yet it did not work (((
